
Clinic Policies
Before you book…
1. Appointments & Booking
All appointments must be booked in advance, either online, by text/phone, or in person.
First-time clients are required to complete a health history form before treatment begins.
2. Cancellation & Missed Appointments
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or missed appointments will be subject to a 100% fee, at the therapist’s discretion.
Exceptions may be made in the case of emergencies or sudden illness.
3. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client.
You will be charged the full fee for the scheduled time.
4. Payment & Insurance
Payment is due at the time of service. The clinic accepts cash, debit, credit, and direct billing (coming soon…).
The clinic will offer direct billing to most major insurance providers soon. More information to follow
Clients are responsible for any unpaid balances not covered by their insurance.
5. Health & Safety
If you are feeling unwell, have symptoms of illness, or have been in contact with someone who is sick, please reschedule your appointment.
All treatment spaces are sanitized between clients, and I adhere to CMTO and public health infection control guidelines.
Your privacy and confidentiality are always respected in accordance with PHIPA (Personal Health Information Protection Act).
6. Scope of Practice
All treatments provided are within the scope of practice for Registered Massage Therapists in Ontario, as defined by the CMTO.
Massage Therapy services are therapeutic in nature. Any inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the session and possible reporting to authorities.
7. Consent & Communication
Informed consent is required before beginning treatment. You have the right to withdraw consent or request changes at any time.
Open communication is encouraged during treatment to ensure your comfort and that your therapeutic goals are met.
