Table Thai Massage

A Table Thai massage is an adaptation of traditional Thai massage techniques for recipients lying on a massage table. Unlike the traditional floor mat approach, Table Thai massage uses a standard massage table. It involves stretching techniques applied slowly in patterns of gentle rocking, rhythmic muscle compressions, joint mobilization, and acupressure points all while the client is fully clothed. This fusion of Traditional Thai Massage and Yoga harmonizes breath, movement, and intention. It provides decreased stress, tension and pain.
